These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Luana Tabbara through luanatabbara.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the related store policies.
Products
The store sells art prints in selected sizes, print finishes, and protective finishes. Product images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing materials, production methods, and lighting.
Orders
Customers must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. An order becomes confirmed when the website accepts it and issues an order number and confirmation email. Confirmation remains subject to product availability, valid pricing, and correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
We may contact the customer if information is incomplete or an item cannot be produced as ordered.
Prices and currency
Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. A flat$7 delivery fee applies to each order delivered within Lebanon. Checkout displays the print subtotal, delivery fee, and total before the order is placed.
Payment
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and Whish Money.
An order may be confirmed while its payment status remains pending. When advance payment is required, production or delivery may wait until payment is verified. Customers must not submit passwords, PINs, or complete banking credentials through the website.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Lebanon and normally takes 1-5 business days after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable telephone number. TheShipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation and return requests are handled under the Returns & Cancellations Policy. Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or commissioned products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins. This does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Intellectual property
All artwork, photographs, website content, branding, and designs remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a print transfers the physical product only, not copyright in the artwork. Prints may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, commercially distributed, or used to create another product without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Luana Tabbara is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes are subject to the competent Lebanese courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
