Many prints are prepared specifically for each customer. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Cancelling an order
A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not already begun. The request must include the order number and be submitted through thecontact form or by replying to the confirmation email.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once production has begun.
Change-of-mind returns
Made-to-order, custom-sized, personalized, commissioned, or specially finished artworks cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changed their mind after production began.
Any standard product approved for return must be unused, undamaged, in its original protective packaging, and accompanied by the order number. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
A damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The report should include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and delivery label.
After reviewing the request, Luana Tabbara may offer an appropriate repair, reprint, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5-10 business days. Whenever possible, the refund will use the original payment method; another mutually agreed method may be used when necessary. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
The original $7 delivery fee is normally non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, defective, or damaged product for which Luana Tabbara is responsible.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to customers under Lebanese law.
