Information may be processed by providers required to operate the store, including Cloudflare for hosting, databases, image storage, access security, and Turnstile; Resend for transactional email; delivery providers; banks or Whish for payment processing or confirmation; and professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
We do not sell customers' personal information.
International processing
Some technology providers may process or store information outside Lebanon. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by those providers.
Retention
Order, payment, and communication records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the store, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations. Information no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived where appropriate.

The website uses browser storage to remember cart items and may use Cloudflare security cookies and Cloudflare Access cookies for protected administrator pages. The website does not currently use personal information for third-party advertising.
