Luana Tabbara delivers art-print orders to addresses throughout Lebanon for one clear, flat fee.
Delivery area and fee
Delivery is currently available within Lebanon only. A flat delivery fee of USD $7applies to every order, regardless of its destination within Lebanon. The fee is displayed separately during checkout and included in the final order total.
Delivery time
Orders are normally delivered within 1-5 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays, official public holidays, and days when delivery services are unavailable.
Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, road conditions, public closures, courier interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a material delay is known, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
Delivery information
Customers must provide a full name, working telephone number, city or area, and complete delivery address. We may contact the customer to clarify this information. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details, or because the recipient cannot be reached, are not included in the normal delivery estimate.
Receiving an order
Please inspect the package when it is received. Visible damage, an incorrect product, or a missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and delivery label.
